Knowledge of one or more of the following is beneficial:Networking, Host Systems/Applications (Unix or Windows),
Connectivity, Storage Arrays.
Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation skills.
Four or more years of Management Experience (Technical Support preferred)
